Janomot report: Five inspectors, including PBI Inspector Mohidul Islam, the investigating officer in the Raihan murder case who died in police torture at the city's Bandarbazar outpost, have been infected with the coronavirus (Covid-19).
PBI Superintendent of Police Khaled Uz Zaman confirmed the matter on Monday (November 2). He said that on Sunday (November 1) night, the results of their corona detection test came back positive. However, their names were not immediately known.
He added that all of them had gone to different places and met many people due to the investigation into the Raihan murder case. So that they have been infected in this way.
SP Khaled Uz Zaman said that even though they were infected with coronavirus, they are continuing the investigation of Raihan's murder case from home following the health rules.
